Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Dhaka Bike website and utilizing our consultancy services across Bangladesh, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must not use our services or contact our referral partners.
Nature of Consultancy
Dhaka Bike acts strictly as a professional intermediary. We analyze customer needs and provide introductions to authorized motorcycle showrooms in all 64 districts. We do not own, sell, or deliver physical motorcycles ourselves. Any purchase you make is a direct transaction between you and the showroom dealer.
Secure Payment Protocol
NATIONWIDE WARNING: Dhaka Bike is a free-to-use directory for buyers. We will never request online transfers, booking money, or advanced fees through bKash, Nagad, or Bank. All financial settlements must be done physically at the official showroom counter of the authorized dealer. We are not responsible for any money sent to third-party individuals.
Market Pricing & Availability
Motorcycle prices in Bangladesh are subject to sudden change due to tax updates and manufacturer decisions. While we strive to provide the most accurate pricing, the final "On-Road" price must be verified directly with the showroom at the time of purchase. Stock availability is not guaranteed by Dhaka Bike.
Limitation of Liability
Dhaka Bike is not liable for any mechanical issues, service delays, or disputes regarding the motorcycle’s performance or warranty. These matters are governed by the manufacturer's warranty and the showroom's after-sales policy. Our responsibility ends at the point of referral.
