Our Referral Role
Dhaka Bike acts as a professional referral partner for motorcycle buyers in Bangladesh. We do not sell motorcycles directly. Our service consists of identifying your needs and providing a verified introduction to an authorized showroom in your district that has the specific stock and color you require.
Showroom Synchronization
When you use our "Guided Buying" service, we sync your requirements with the management of the nearest authorized dealer. This referral ensures that you receive Dhaka Bike Priority Support, helping you bypass long waiting lists and ensuring the showroom honors the official manufacturer pricing.
Price & Booking Safety
IMPORTANT: Dhaka Bike provides the referral for free or as a consultancy service. We NEVER collect "Booking Money" or "Advance Payments" on behalf of showrooms. All financial transactions, including the bike price and BRTA registration fees, must be paid directly to the showroom's official bank account or cash counter.
The Physical Inspection
Once referred, it is the buyer's responsibility to visit the showroom and perform a physical PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection). You must verify the Chassis Number, Engine Number, and overall condition of the unit before making a payment. Dhaka Bike is not liable for cosmetic or mechanical issues discovered after the sale is finalized.
Warranty & Document Flow
All legal documents (Invoice, Gate Pass, Delivery Challan) and Warranty Books are issued by the showroom in the buyer’s name. Any future warranty claims or free services must be claimed through the manufacturer's authorized service centers. Dhaka Bike will assist in communication with the dealer if any documentation delays occur.
